I’m a photographer and filmmaker based in Prince George, British Columbia focusing on telling stories of people and places at the intersection of science, conservation, and art. My desire to tell these stories is the result of a lifelong obsession with cameras and a love of nature, both of these things have been developing over time in my life and it was only a matter of time until they became intertwined.

As I am writing this I’m coming up on the 1 year mark of doing full time freelance film making and photography work and it feels like the right time to begin diving into current and past projects by way of this blog. I’ll be talking about what I’ve learned, and hopefully provide some value and insight for those reading this.
